• 120gm Tru Supplements Banana Maple Muffin protein powder
  • 66gm Reduced-sugar Maple Brown Sugar instant oatmeal (2 Packets)
  • 64gm Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 24gm Peanut Powder
  • 300ml Unsweetened plant-based milk (I used Bolthouse high-protein milk)
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt

Set aside the coconut bacon for topping. Mix all other ingredients together in a food processor, or if you don’t have a food processor use a large bowl and hand mixer. Line an 8x11baking dish with parchment paper and press the dough down evenly with your hands or a spatula. Cover and place in the refrigerator to set for a couple hours, or overnight if you wish. When ready to serve, sprinkle the coconut bacon on top and cut into bars or fun size bites. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 10 days.
