Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Seize the day with perfectly fluffy pancakes for breakfast or a snack.
- ¾ scoop Vanilla Cream, Tru Supplements Protein powder
- ¼ cup blueberries
- ⅓ cup oats
- 1 tbsp (almond milk, milk, water..etc)
- 4 egg whites (1 ripe banana, mashed if you’re vegan)
Put into your shaker cup and shake until blended, if needed add more liquid.
Spray a nonstick pan with PAM, coconut flour, Olive oil other or low-calorie spray.
Pour batter in pan over medium heat
Once you see bubbles flip the pancake. Make sure both sides are completely cooked then remove from heat.
Continue until batter is gone.
Drizzle no sugar pancake syrup, honey, or agave nectar over pancakes and enjoy.
