This Eggnog Shake is a tasty and healthy take on the holiday classic. Using no eggs or alcohol it is vegan diet friendly. Pour yourself a glass of this at the next holiday party you host to help keep those extra holiday pounds away.

  • 10 ounces very cold beverage of choice ( almond milk, milk..etc)
  • 1-2 dashes nutmeg
  • 2-3 dashes of Cinnamon
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Cream, Tru Supplements Protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Put everything into your shaker cup.
Shake until blended.
Pour into chilled glass.
Enjoy.
