(Recipe is for 1 person)
– 1 Scoop of protein powder
– 1 banana (sliced)
– handful of blueberries
– 1/2 cup of oatmeal (can be ground or whole)
– 2 eggs
– Little splash of almond milk
– 1 TBSP of Natural Peanut Butter
– Handful of Blueberries
– Cinnamon to taste
– Mix dry ingredients together
– Add eggs, banana, and splash of almond milk, mash banana in, and stir until combined
– Pour mixture onto skillet preheated to medium heat
– Flip the pancake after 2 minutes
– Cook for 1 more minute and Turn off heat
– top with 1 TBSP natural Peanut Butter while still in pan to allow the PB to melt
– Plate and top with Blueberries and Cinnamon
– Enjoy –
